About the Department
Darul Qaza operates under Al Jamiathul Kauzariyya as a dedicated Islamic judicial and arbitration department. Our purpose is to provide peaceful resolution, sound Islamic legal counseling, and fair family dispute settlements — guided strictly by the Quran and Sunnah — without the burden, delay, or hostility of conventional litigation.
